Determination of ammonia in  Tobacco and Smokeless Tobacco  Products.

Introduction:
This text contains a technical report about a collaborative study conducted by the CORESTa Smokeless Tobacco Sub-Group to determine the repeatability and reproducibility of a method for determining ammonia in tobacco and smokeless tobacco products. The study aimed to expand the scope of CRM No. 73 to include smokeless tobacco products.

The study demonstrated similar repeatability and reproducibility values for tobacco and smokeless tobacco products, indicating that the method is suitable for the analysis of ammonia in smokeless tobacco products.
